Methodology

Lighthouse Modular Methodology (LMM) is our proprietary suite of integrated test methodologies and processes.

The modular approach enables adaptation to virtually any software implementation project. LMM is supported by a set of tools and techniques that enable our consultants to efficiently and effectively test a system meets its quality requirements.

LMM has been developed and enhanced over 15 years of testing across multiple industries and business sectors. It has various modules that cover a range of development approaches including agile, iterative, waterfall, RAD and Xtreme. There are modules that cover each type of testing and each phase of a test engagement.

The methodology is tightly controlled by project and test management techniques and underpinned with Quality Assurance process across the systems delivery lifecycle.
